Kings XI Punjab can take heart from a bowling performance that was outstanding but for the brilliance of De Villiers. Axar Patel the pick of the bowlers with figures of one for 12 off four overs.

In response Kings XI got off to a blistering start scoring 62 for the first wicket. However that wicket didn’t halt Kings XI’s progress, reaching the target with five and a half overs to spare for the loss of two wickets.
